EASTER ON THE RIVIERA

The province of Rimini is preparing to experience an Easter full of events, with activities ranging from sport to gastronomy, through tradition and fun in the theme parks. Among the main events, the Paganello in Rimini, the procession in Pennabilli, and the International Taste Festival in Cattolica.

Bellaria – Igea Marina celebrates Easter with two days of celebration, 30 and 31 March, characterized by music and shows by well-known artists such as Edoardo Vianello and Jerry Calà.

The Paganello sporting event, now in its XXXIII edition, sees over a thousand Frisbee players from all over the world competing on the beach of Rimini from March 30th to Easter Monday, offering a spectacle of competitions accompanied by music and entertainment.

The "Procession of the Jews" on Good Friday in Pennabilli, one of the most evocative historical events, and the International Festival of Taste in Cattolica, enrich the Easter weekend with moments of profound tradition and culinary discoveries.

For lovers of outdoor activities, the Somar Lungo takes place on Easter Monday, a cycle ride from Marina Centro in Rimini to the Santuario delle Grazie in Covignano, with a typical Romagna lunch.

Amusement parks such as Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniature and Fiabilandia reopen their doors, offering attractions for all ages, from relaxation to thrills, while the Cattolica and Oltremare Aquariums promise close encounters with aquatic fauna and dolphin shows.
